Job Summary:The Manager - Compliance will be responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role involves monitoring compliance processes, conducting audits, and providing guidance to various departments to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end implement compliance policies and procedures

• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments

• Monitor changes in regulations and update company policies accordingly

• Provide training and support to staff on compliance matters

• Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance across the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks

• Certifications in compliance (e.g., CRCM, CAMS) are a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
