🔹 Commi 1 – Senior Kitchen ExecutiveSenior Level

• Prepare and cook Continental dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Guide and support Commi 2 and Commi 3 team members.
• Assist the Chef de Partie with daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the assigned kitchen section.

🔹 Commi 2 – Kitchen ExecutiveIntermediate Level

• Assist in the preparation of Continental dishes, sauces, marinades, vegetables, and other ingredients.
• Perform cutting, portioning, marinating, and basic cooking tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operating procedures.
• Support Commi 1 while developing advanced Continental cooking techniques.

🔹 Commi 3 – Kitchen HelperJunior / Entry Level

• Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
• Support the kitchen team in preparing Continental cuisine.
• Assist with kitchen setup, cleaning, and maintaining work areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Learn fundamental cooking techniques and develop skills for career growth within the kitchen team.
• What We’re Looking ForGenuine passion for cooking and Continental cuisine.
• Culinary training or relevant kitchen experience for Commi 1 and Commi 2 positions.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop new culinary techniques.
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced professional kitchen.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
