Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle loan collections and overdue payment follow-ups.
  • Manage collection targets and team performance.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure timely recovery.
  • Prepare daily MIS and collection reports.
  • Strong communication and team management skills required.
