Job Description

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Tele Collections Executives to contact customers regarding overdue payments, follow up on outstanding dues, and ensure timely payment collection while maintaining professional customer relationships.


  • Key Responsibilities


  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments and pending dues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayment of outstanding amounts.
  • Explain payment schedules, due dates, and repayment options to customers.
  • Negotiate suitable payment commitments and maintain accurate follow-up records.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and payment-related concerns professionally.
  • Maintain daily call reports and update collection status in the system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
  • Follow company policies and collection guidelines.
