Job Description

Roles & Responsibility

  1. Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan EMIs and outstanding loan balances.
  2. Remind customers about payment due dates, pending instalments, and repayment schedules.
  3. Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayment of outstanding dues.
  4. Obtain Promise to Pay (PTP) commitments and monitor whether promised payments are received.
  5. Understand the reasons for payment delays and update customer responses in the collection system.
  6. Handle customer objections, repayment-related queries, and payment disputes professionally.
  7. Explain approved repayment options and payment procedures to customers.
  8. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up dates.
  9. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and achieving collection Milestones
