Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for a highly communicative and organized Client Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries, guide users through our services, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure every client feels valued. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable managing communications across phone, email, and chat platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFront-Line Support: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms (including WhatsApp Business).
• Client Guidance: Educate prospective buyers and clients on our services, property listings, and platform features, ensuring they have the information needed to make confident decisions.
• Issue Resolution: Promptly address and resolve client concerns, troubleshooting platform or service issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• CRM Management: Accurately log all client interactions, update contact details, and track the status of leads and ongoing inquiries in the CRM system.
• Coordination: Act as a liaison between clients and our internal sales or operations teams to schedule viewings, follow up on deals, and ensure a smooth handover.
• Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and identify common questions or pain points to help improve our processes and service delivery.
