Chef Coach (Kitchen Training)

M (by Curious Digital Private Limited) is an AI-powered kitchen management platform for urban households, founded by Kabeer Biswas (Co-founder, Dunzo) and Karthik Mishra (Co-founder, Pillow), backed by Peak XV Partners, Blume Ventures and CRED.This is a field-based role requiring daily visits to member households across Indiranagar.

As a Chef Coach, you mentor and train household cooks on technique, menu planning, and kitchen organization, rather than working in a restaurant kitchen. You will own and build this vertical from the ground up, managing and upskilling a portfolio of household cooks through kitchen visits, demonstrations, and skill assessments, while creating training content and ensuring quality and consistency across homes.

We are looking for people with a background in culinary arts, hospitality, catering, or culinary training, strong cooking fundamentals, and a genuine interest in teaching and mentoring. This is a chance to get real startup experience and shape a new consumer category. Based in Indiranagar, Bangalore. Weekend availability required.
