Center Manager

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Center Manager to oversee daily play area operations, manage B’day parties, manage staff, maintain child safety, handle customers, and ensure smooth branch functioning.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Center Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the center.
• Ensure timely opening and closing, cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness.
• Monitor play area usage, equipment functionality, and service quality.

2. Birthday Party Management

• Manage birthday party bookings, scheduling, and event execution.
• Coordinate with customers, decorators, caterers, and internal teams.
• Ensure all party arrangements are completed on time and deliver a seamless customer experience.

3. Staff Management

• Supervise staff attendance, duty allocation, grooming, and performance.
• Train employees on operational procedures, customer service, and safety standards.
• Ensure adequate staff deployment during peak hours, weekends, and birthday events.

4. Customer Service & Complaint Resolution

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, complaints, and escalations.
• Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.

5. Cash, Billing & Documentation

• Monitor POS operations, billing accuracy, cash handling, and digital payments.
• Ensure proper recording of daily collections, expenses, refunds, and party advances.
• Maintain accurate operational reports and financial records.

6. Inventory & Asset Management

• Monitor play equipment, carnival games, consumables, and operational supplies.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure proper usage of center assets.
• Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and timely replenishment.

7. Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Maintain high standards of hygiene across play zones, party halls, washrooms, and reception areas.
• Ensure regular cleaning schedules and proper sanitation practices.
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

8. SOP & Compliance Management

• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational SOPs, and customer service standards.
• Maintain required licenses, records, checklists, and compliance documentation.

REQUIRED SKILLS 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, branch management, retail, hospitality, or entertainment. 
• Strong leadership and team management skills. 
• Good communication and customer-handling abilities. 
• Basic knowledge of sales, revenue, and expense tracking. 
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills. 
• Ability to manage daily operations independently. 
• Experience in play areas or family entertainment centres is preferred.

REPORTING STRUCTURE AND SALARY

• Report to: Zonal Manager/HR Manager & Founder
• 
  
• Salary Range: Rs.28,000 - Rs.35,000 (Fixed) + Plus Variables

WORK SCHEDULE

• Full-time position with 6 working days per week. Monday will be the weekly off, and working on weekends is mandatory.
