FitZone Gyms is looking for experienced, energetic, and result-oriented Center Managers to manage our growing network of fitness centers across Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should have experience in gym/fitness center operations, sales, team management, customer relationship management, and achieving business targets.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the fitness center.
• Drive membership sales, personal training sales, renewals, and revenue targets.
• Lead and manage Personal Trainers and other gym staff.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
• Handle member queries, feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Focus on member retention, engagement, and overall customer experience.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospective members.
• Ensure proper utilization of the gym, equipment, and facilities.
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Prepare and monitor daily/weekly/monthly center performance reports.
• Coordinate with the FitZone management team for business and operational requirements.
• Support local marketing and promotional activities to generate new leads.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve center performance.

👤 Candidate Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Gym / Fitness Center Management, Sales, or Operations.
• Experience in the fitness industry is preferred.
• Strong sales and target-achievement mindset.
• Good team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to handle multiple operational responsibilities.
• Good knowledge of gym operations and fitness services.
• Energetic, confident, professional, and well-presented.
• Comfortable working with monthly targets and performance-based incentives.
