Job Description

• Coordinate and supervise daily activities at the preschool centre. • Respond promptly and appropriately to parent concerns, involving teachers and administrators as needed. • Maintain records related to preschool programs. • Manage budgets and prepare reports of the centre. • Implement educational programs and curriculum. • Manage and support teaching staff and support staff. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations of the centre. • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the preschool centre. • Lead and motivate staff to achieve program goals. • Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
