About Us
Cadlinc Infotech is a growing IT services company in BTM Layout, Bangalore, providing CCTV installation & maintenance, networking, laptop/desktop repair, and AMC services to businesses across the city.
Role Overview
We're looking for a CCTV Technician to handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV/IP camera systems for our clients. Both freshers with a willingness to learn and experienced technicians are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure analog and IP CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs at client sites
- Run cabling, conduits, and mounting setups for camera systems
- Troubleshoot and repair existing CCTV systems (camera faults, connectivity, recording issues)
- Configure IP cameras for remote viewing (mobile app/network access)
- Perform routine maintenance visits under AMC contracts
- Coordinate with clients on-site for installation scheduling and issue resolution
- Maintain basic service records/reports for completed jobs
Requirements
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring and networking (freshers with an ITI/diploma in electronics or related field also considered)
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Bangalore
- Good attitude, eager to learn, punctual and reliable
- Prior CCTV/electrician/networking experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Two-wheeler preferred (for site visits)
