Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily café operations, staff, shifts, and customer service.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café products as per SOP.
  • Lead, train, and monitor barista and service staff.
  • Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Handle billing, cash, inventory, stock, and daily reports.
  • Monitor wastage, sales, and outlet performance.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of coffee machines and café equipment.
  • Follow company policies and operational procedures.
  • Requirements2–4 years of café/restaurant/hospitality experience.
  • Strong barista and coffee-making skills.
  • Good communication and team-management skills.
  • Knowledge of POS, inventory, and café operations.
  • Ability to work in shifts and a fast-paced environment.
