Job Description
JOB ROLE
The Sales & Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, communicating with prospective clients, managing follow-ups and supporting the company in achieving business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Identify new business prospects and generate qualified leads.
Ø Conduct outbound calls and business outreach.
Ø Research potential corporate clients and business opportunities.
Ø Schedule and coordinate client meetings.
Ø Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Ø Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
Ø Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into business.
Ø Maintain the sales pipeline and lead database.
Ø Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Ø Support negotiation and commercial discussions.
Ø Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
Ø Track sales activities and submit regular reports.
Ø Support marketing and promotional activities.
Ø Assist management in developing new business opportunities.
Ø Handle assigned responsibilities with ownership and professionalism.
