Job Description:


·    Recruit adviser

·    Generate business through the advisers

·    Lead the team of advisers

·    Motivate them to achieve targets

·    Provide training and guidance to them

. Leads To be Generated From Open Market 

. 2 Wheeler Mandatory 

. Team Members will be Off roll on Comission Basis

. You will be On roll with Fixed salary incentives and allowances


Experience : 2+ Year Sales/BFSI/Insurance
