Job DescriptionECO NEST VENTURES is hiring Owner Relationship Managers to connect with property owners, explain our property management and lease model, onboard suitable properties, and maintain strong owner relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact property owners through OLX, Sulekha, and other sources.
• Explain the company's property management and lease model.
• Understand property details, owner requirements, and expected lease amounts.
• Generate leads, follow up with owners, and convert interested leads.
• Coordinate property visits, documentation, and onboarding.
• Update owner details and follow-up status in CRM or Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding property availability and tenant requirements.
• Achieve monthly property onboarding targets.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in Kannada and English.
• Sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Lead generation and follow-up.
• Customer relationship management.
• Objection handling and problem-solving.
• Basic computer knowledge and Google Sheets/CRM familiarity.
