Job Role
We are looking for energetic, ambitious and target-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our growing sales team.
As a BDE, you will connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, explain our projects, arrange site visits and convert leads into successful property bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with potential customers.
- Handle customer calls and enquiries.
- Explain project details, pricing and amenities.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into bookings.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular updates on leads and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
