Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads from Google, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Contact clients, understand their requirements, and follow up to convert leads into projects.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales and design teams.
- Prepare and share quotations and follow up with clients.
- Maintain lead records and sales pipelines in Zoho CRM.
- Identify potential clients, architects, builders, and corporate customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Handle basic office administration, emails, calls, and documentation.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or business development.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM software.
- Organized, proactive, and good at follow-ups.
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or real estate is an advantage.
