Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-friendly Female Call Center Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing information about our travel services, following up with enquiries, and assisting customers throughout the booking process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide accurate information about travel packages and services.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for customer requirements.
• Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and bookings.
• Convert enquiries into bookings by providing excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer queries politely and efficiently.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and sales targets.
• Ensure a positive customer experience at every stage.

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidate with good communication skills.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Telugu is added advantage.
• Pleasant personality and professional telephone etiquette.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and MS Office.
• Good listening, convincing, and follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
