KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate new business opportunities for the company's overseas placement services.

• Build tie-ups with Hotel Management Colleges and Institutes.

• Visit colleges and conduct face-to-face meetings with clients.

• Coordinate with colleagues during client meetings and presentations.

• Handle client calls and maintain professional communication.

• Take regular follow-ups for manpower requirements and overseas job openings.

• Identify and acquire new overseas clients in the hospitality sector.

• Coordinate with overseas clients to schedule candidate interviews.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
