Role: Business Development Associate (BDA)
Experience: Freshers / 0–2 Years
Location: Bangalore – 1st block Koramangala
Work Mode: Work From Office
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + Attractive Incentives
Languages: English + Telugu/Kannada/Hindi preferred

🎯 What You'll Do
- Call and communicate with students and prospective customers.
- Understand their career goals and requirements.
- Explain SkillEntrix training, internship, project and career programs.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Handle basic customer objections and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain lead and follow-up details.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
