Back Office Executive

You are the bridge between our clients, our catalogue and our production floor. You'll prepare polished quotations and proformas, build product presentations, keep catalogue knowledge at your fingertips, and coordinate vendors and internal teams — supported by our in-house AI design and estimation toolset, which does the heavy lifting so you can move fast and stay accurate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices and BOQs from client drawings and our product catalogue
• Produce 2D/3D visuals and client-ready product presentations using our AI design tools
• Maintain complete command of our catalogue — SKUs, materials, finishes, specifications and pricing
• Coordinate with vendors, fabrication and internal teams to keep every project on track
• Support the sales process with timely, professionally presented documentation
• Track enquiries and follow-ups so nothing slips

Nice to have

• Exposure to lighting, interiors, architecture, furniture or a design-fabrication studio
• Basic familiarity with reading drawings, RCPs or BOQs
