Back Office Executive

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and outbound activities.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and business meetings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms and work toward closing deals.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely conversion of leads.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management.
