Job OverviewWe are looking for motivated and confident candidates to join our team at Square Yards for residential real estate sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, along with the ability to connect with potential customers through cold calling and generate sales opportunities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle residential real estate sales and generate potential leads.
- Connect with prospective customers through cold calling.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable residential properties.
- Build strong customer relationships and follow up with potential buyers.
- Use effective communication and convincing skills to convert leads into sales.
- Visit the site for property-related work 2 days a week.
- RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in handling cold calls and interacting with customers.
- Interest in residential real estate sales.
- This is primarily an office-based role, not a field job. However, candidates must be available for site visits 2 days a week.
- A personal vehicle is mandatory for site visits.
