Job Description

  • Lead restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experience through fast, friendly, and accurate service.
  • Drive team performance by coaching, motivating, and developing crew members.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Manage opening, shift handover, and closing procedures.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness, readiness, and adherence to operational standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and product availability.
  • Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and operational controls.
  • Drive sales through effective execution of promotions and upselling initiatives.
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and develop future leaders within the restaurant team.
  • Strong communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
