Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to join Skanda Construction and oversee construction projects from planning to completion.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and monitor construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
• Monitor daily site progress and resolve project-related issues.
• Manage manpower, materials, and subcontractors effectively.
• Review drawings, BOQs, project schedules, and site requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
• Provide regular project updates to management and clients.
• Maintain proper documentation and project reports.
• Requirements3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site management.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and teams efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools is an advantage.
