Job Description

Job Description :

•Responsible for Facilities, Administrative and Infrastructure aspects of branches.

•Identifying, negotiating and finalizing the commercials of new sites with developer/ owners/consultants.

•Travelling across region to ensure work place in good inhabitable & Inspection of Branches.

•Responsible for repair and maintenance, electrical, plumbing, other mechanical services.

•Responsible for other Admin activities as well.

•Liaising within internal departments and Government officials for Labor, Electrical or any other inspections and ensuring timely license renewals. Liaising with landlords to ensure timely Rental & other payments, lease.
