Job Description
We're looking for a versatile Accountant cum Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle accounting tasks, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and ledger maintenance
- Prepare invoices, track expenses, and process payments
- Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Handle office tasks, such as answering calls, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting and administration
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, etc.)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
