Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the smooth functioning of the accounts department.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions.
Handle purchase, sales, expense, receipt, and payment entries.
Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
Maintain ledgers and regularly update accounting records.
Perform bank and account reconciliations.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare basic financial reports and statements.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related requirements.
Support tax and statutory compliance activities as required.
Requirements
Education: Graduate
English: Basic English
Experience: Minimum 1 year
