Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to support our Accounts Department in daily accounting operations.The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, strong numerical skills, and the ability to work accurately and responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist in day-to-day accounting activities.

·       Record and maintain vouchers, receipts, payments, and supporting documents.

·       Update accounting entries in Phrama accounting software.

·       Prepare and reconcile bank statements.

·       Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

·       Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.

·       Assist in preparing GST, TDS and other statutory documents (as applicable).

·       Coordinate with internal departments for invoice collection, verification, and billing.

·       Organize and maintain financial files and records.

·       Provide administrative support to the Accounts team as required.

Skills & Requirements:

·       B.Com / M.Com / BBM (Finance) or any relevant commerce degree.

·       Basic knowledge of accounting concepts.

·       Working knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software (Tally) is an added advantage.

·       Good numerical ability and attention to detail.

·       Strong communication and organizational skills.

·       Ability to handle confidential financial information.
