Job Description

  • Taxation & Compliance: Ensure timely tax filings and computations; maintain strict compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and profit/loss reports, in accordance with GAAP.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Data Security: Securely manage and back up all financial data while maintaining strict confidentiality of firm and client information.
  • Audit Support: Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and ensure all records are organized and accessible.
  • Office Operations: Maintain professional decorum and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functioning related to the finance department.
