Job Description

Accounting & Ledger Maintenance: Maintain day-to-day accounts, manage general ledgers, and reconcile bank accounts and cash transactions accurately.

Billing & Invoicing: Oversee daily billing operations, issue invoices, and keep track of accounts receivable and payable.

Taxation & Compliance: Prepare and assist with tax compliance tasks including GST filings, TDS processing, and monthly/quarterly financial summaries.

Financial Reporting: Generate regular expense and revenue reports to help management evaluate operational efficiency and budget compliance.

Audit & Documentation: Maintain organized physical and digital records of all financial receipts, invoices, and vouchers for auditing purposes.
