Accountant

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to handle day-to-day accounts as well as complete inventory and stock management for our menswear business.

The candidate should be comfortable working with both accounts and physical stock/fabric records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily purchase and sales entries

• Maintain accounts in Tally and Excel

• Track complete fabric inward and outward movement

• Maintain stock records for fabric, finished garments and other inventory

• Record fabric issued for production/job work and material received back

• Track pending and completed production lots

• Maintain accurate item-wise and quantity-wise stock

• Reconcile physical stock with system/records regularly

• Maintain supplier and customer ledgers

• Handle invoices, billing, payments and basic bank reconciliation

• Maintain purchase and expense records

• Prepare regular stock, purchase and sales reports

• Coordinate with production/dispatch team regarding stock movement

• Ensure that every material inward and outward entry is properly recorded
