Job Description
Daily sales and purchase entries in accounting software.
Recording and maintaining expense entries.
Passing journal entries and maintaining proper ledger accounts.
Recording and reconciling bank transactions and bank entries.
Maintaining cash book and petty cash.
Preparing and maintaining customer and supplier ledgers.
Regular bank and ledger reconciliation.
Managing receivables and payables and keeping track of outstanding balances.
Checking invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents for accuracy.
Assisting with GST-related accounting and documentation.
Maintaining proper records for debit notes, credit notes, receipts, and payments.
Handling other day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities as required.
Coordinating with management, customers, suppliers, and other departments for accounting-related matters.
Ensuring accounting records are accurate, complete, and updated on a daily basis.
