Account Executive (Accounting)

Smartlens Parking Solutions Private Limited is hiring an experienced Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day bookkeeping, statutory compliances, and ledger management.

Key Responsibilities

 Maintain daily accounting entries, ledgers, and vouchers in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.

 Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including vendor payments, client invoicing, and regular aging analysis.

 Perform routine data entry of financial transactions, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.

 Process and ensure timely compliance for TDS, PF (Provident Fund), and ESIC.

 Assist with month-end closings, GST reconciliation, and basic financial reporting.

 Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve billing and payment queries.

Requirements & Skills

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.

 Experience: 1–3 years in core accounting, data entry, and statutory filings.

 Software: Hands-on proficiency with Tally and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

 Technical Knowledge: Clear understanding of TDS deductions, PF/ESI portal workflows, and invoicing standards.

 Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and organizational skills.
