Job Description
We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented candidates to join our team at a reputed Co-operative Society operating in the banking and financial services sector.
Job ResponsibilitiesHandle daily banking and co-operative society operations.
- Manage cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and account-related activities.
- Assist customers and members with account opening, deposits, loans, and other financial services.
- Process loan applications, verify documents, and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial statements.
- Support loan recovery, customer follow-ups, and business development activities.
- Promote savings schemes, deposit plans, and loan products.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with society policies and applicable regulations.
- Maintain good relationships with members and customers.
