Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Counsel prospective students and parents regarding training and certification programs.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable course.
  • Convert qualified leads into successful admissions and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
  • Guide students through the admission and application process.
  • Assist students in preparing and submitting the required documents for enrolment.
  • Provide accurate information regarding admission requirements, enrolment procedures, course details, and fee structure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
  • Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and provide excellent customer service throughout the admission journey.
