Job Description
Coordinate daily activities between employees, departments, and management.
Maintain and update records, reports, attendance, and other required documentation.
Handle internal and external communication through calls, emails, and messages.
Schedule meetings, interviews, appointments, and other activities as required.
Follow up with concerned teams and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Prepare regular reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
Assist in administrative and operational activities.
Coordinate employee-related activities and provide necessary support.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
Monitor pending tasks and follow up for timely closure.
Support management in implementing policies, procedures, and organizational activities.
Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
