Warehouse Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, shipment scheduling, and packaging supervision for our growing D2C wellness business.

The ideal candidate should be organized, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts to ensure smooth inventory and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Schedule and plan daily/weekly shipment dispatches to ensure timely delivery.
2. Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with logistics/courier partners.
3. Supervise packaging processes to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.
4. Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and stock movement.
5. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock counts/audits.
6. Source packaging materials, consumables, and other warehouse supplies as required.
7. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of materials.
8. Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are maintained.
9. Track and resolve issues related to damaged, delayed, or missing shipments.
10. Coordinate with the operations and customer success teams to resolve order and delivery-related concerns.
11. Maintain documentation related to shipments, inventory, and vendor transactions.

Other Requirements:

• Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for inventory tracking.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate with packaging/warehouse staff.
• Close attention to detail and accuracy in stock and shipment handling.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month

Work-in-office role: Near Kudlu Gate Metro Station.
