Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC/VMC machines (3-axis) for precision machining tasks.
  • Work independently on 3-axis milling machines and manage tool changes and job settings.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Select appropriate tools, offsets, and cutting parameters based on the material and job.
  • Follow safety standards and maintain machine cleanliness and documentation.


Requirements:

  • ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/ Tool & Die
  • Must know how to work on CNC/VMC machines.
  • Must have experience with 3-axis machines.
  • Should be able to read GD&T drawings.
  • Should know how to work on a milling machine.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in a precision machining environment.
  • Familiarity with Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls.
