Job Description: Futura Kitchen Sinks India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into sales.

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries
• Handle inbound calls and provide product information
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly
• Generate and close sales leads over the phone
• Maintain accurate customer and call records
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for order processing
• Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction
• Required Skills: Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
• Ability to negotiate and close sales
• Comfortable working with targets
• Proficiency in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel preferred)
• Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Prior telesales or telecalling experience is an advantage
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
