📢 Hiring: Telecaller – Real EstateCompany: Nandi Realty – Developers & Promoters

We are looking for confident, energetic, and target-oriented Telecallers to join our real estate sales team.

• 💼 Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
• Explain our real estate projects, locations, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
• Understand customer requirements and identify genuine prospects.
• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule customer site visits.
• Convert qualified leads into site visits and support the sales team in closing deals.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Achieve assigned calling and lead-conversion targets.
• 🎯 Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Kannada & English communication is preferred.
• Hindi/Telugu will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Previous telecalling, sales, or real estate experience is an advantage.

💰 Salary & Incentives₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month

🕐 Work DetailsWorking Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Weekly Off: Tuesday
