Key Responsibilities

Customer Calling & Lead Follow-up

• Call potential customers from provided leads and introduce car loan products.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers to convert leads into applications.
• Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.

Car Loan Sales

• Explain loan amount, interest rates, tenure, EMI, processing fees, and other terms.
• Understand the customer's financial requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Lead Generation

• Generate new leads through outbound calls and referrals.
• Identify customers who are planning to purchase a new or used car.

Customer Documentation

• Collect and verify basic customer information and required documents.
• Coordinate with the sales/credit team for loan processing and approval.

Customer Relationship Management

• Answer customer questions and resolve basic queries related to car loans.
• Keep customers updated about their application status.
• Maintain good relationships with customers for referrals and repeat business.

Database & Reporting

• Update daily call records, lead status, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and calling reports.

Coordination

• Coordinate with car dealers, sales executives, credit teams, and customers.
• Follow up until loan disbursement is completed
