Job Description
Make outbound calls to existing Hathway Broadband customers whose plans are due for renewal or have expired.
Inform customers about available broadband renewal plans, pricing, validity, and applicable offers.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely renewal and avoid service discontinuation.
Understand customer concerns regarding pricing, service quality, connectivity, and other issues.
Convince customers to renew their existing plans by highlighting the benefits of continuing with Hathway Broadband.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with the concerned teams for service-related complaints and renewal issues.
Update customer interactions, renewal status, and follow-up details accurately in the CRM or calling system.
Achieve daily calling targets and monthly renewal and revenue targets.
Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
