Job Description
- Candidate Requirements2+ years of experience in education sales, online education, admissions, EdTech, inside sales, or counselling.
- Previous experience managing a team of counsellors/sales executives is preferred.
- Strong sales and target-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and closing abilities.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Good knowledge of sales funnels, lead management, and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with UG/PG admissions and online education programs will be an added advantage.
