Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end bulk recruitment for multiple positions. Source candidates through job portals, references, social media and other channels. Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Follow up with candidates until joining. Maintain daily recruitment trackers and hiring reports. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly hiring targets. Ensure timely closure of open positions. Required Skills Experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment. Good communication and convincing skills. Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously. Strong candidate sourcing and coordination skills. Target-oriented and good follow-up skills. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment. Prior experience in bulk hiring is preferred.
