Salary: ₹4–5 LPA (Fixed) + Incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for confident and target-driven Inside Sales Specialists to connect with students and parents, understand their requirements, provide educational counselling and drive admissions through effective sales conversations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Counsel students and parents about educational programs.
  • Follow up on leads and drive conversions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain customer relationships.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Post-Graduation.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
  • Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
