Job Description

The Service Telecaller is responsible for proactive customer calling to generate service bookings, periodic maintenance visits, repeat service, and workshop enquiries. The employee is also the central phone-based coordination point for service complaints, connecting customers with the service advisor, technicians, parts/stores, management, and OEM/technical stakeholders as required until resolution and closure.
