Key Responsibilities

-Develop and maintain strong business relationships through excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.

-Meet with domestic and international clients, both virtually and through in-person sales visits, to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

-Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.

-Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and industry meetings to generate leads and explore new market opportunities.

-Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by following up with prospective and existing clients.

-Monitor, analyze, and review sales performance against established targets and KPIs.

-Consistently work toward achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective customer service and successful execution of business opportunities.

-5–10 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a related field.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Strong networking, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.

-Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and business development activities.

-A target-oriented approach with strong business development capabilities.

-MBA or B.E. (Mechanical) qualification.
