Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities·      

Oversee the daily operations of the organization and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.

·      Lead, mentor, and motivate sales, pre-sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve company objectives.

·      Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency and productivity.

·      Monitor sales performance, customer engagement, and project progress, ensuring targets are achieved.

·      Coordinate with marketing teams to maximize lead generation and conversion opportunities.

·      Review operational reports, sales dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making.

·      Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational expenses effectively.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, business partners, and vendors.

·      Resolve customer concerns and escalated issues promptly while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

·      Ensure all company operations comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies.

·      Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution of site development and project milestones.

·      Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and employee development sessions.

·      Identify business opportunities and recommend strategies to increase revenue and market presence.

·      Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives for new employees.

·      Represent Delight Eco Farms professionally during client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and corporate events.

Qualifications & Experience·     

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.

·      Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in real estate, property development, or sales operations.

·      Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing business operations.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
