Job Description
- Assist the sales team in generating and following up on leads.
- Make calls to potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain Vibez Estates’ projects and property offerings to prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls and messages.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating site visits.
- Support the sales team during customer meetings and site visits.
- Update customer details, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
- Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports.
- Learn and support the team in converting leads into customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and pre-sales teams for smooth customer handling.
